Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF) are a plus. - Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry or a similar technology-driven environment. - Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., Broadband (FTTP/FTTC) 5G, VoIP, wireless networks, network management systems).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile, Waterfall).
